I found the location quite convenient. It was an easy walk from Termini station. The pool was a refreshing treat after sightseeing. We loved it! The staff was helpful, especially when I used the concierge laundry service.
The room had an issue, some of the plug sockets were not working properly.

The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions. Several restaurants were nearby. Walking to multiple attractions was easy. Public transportation was also readily available. The area felt very central to various sites.

Breakfast took place on a covered rooftop. The bar was available at night. A great restaurant was right next door. I often went there .

The underground pool, jacuzzi and sauna offered daily access. The rooftop terrace was lovely. Access to Netflix was included. Good quiet air conditioning also was available.

The staff proved friendly and accommodating upon arrival. The staff was very helpful. They were always available. Concierge laundry service was used.
