spa facilities convenient location helpful staff
I found the spa facilities quite excellent, with amazing jacuzzis and saunas. The location proved perfect, especially its proximity to the Termini train station and Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. The staff was kind and helpful (Fabio and Diego deserve a special mention).
I received only one key for my room, which proved inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet featured extensive and fresh selections. I enjoyed the variety available each morning (especially the fresh fruit). There was a great range of options.

The location offers convenient access to public transport. The room was very clean and the maid service was good.
The rooftop bar staff did not acknowledge me promptly. The bed felt very hard it was not comfortable.

My room was a superior double room. the location was really great. I found many restaurants and major historical sites nearby. diego at the front desk was wonderful. He was always kind and gave great restaurant suggestions!!!

convenient location relaxing spa daily cleaning
The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main train station. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the steam room and the pool. The daily cleaning service kept my room fresh and tidy. The hotel staff was helpful with directions and recommendations.
The walls seemed thin, I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

Breakfast had a variety of foods (the pastries were especially good!). The option to have breakfast at the hotel was convenient for early mornings, especially before a long day of sightseeing.

I found the location quite convenient. It was an easy walk from Termini station. The pool was a refreshing treat after sightseeing. We loved it! The staff was helpful, especially when I used the concierge laundry service.
The room had an issue, some of the plug sockets were not working properly.
